How long will it take to receive my order after I place it?

Orders are shipped out from our fulfillment center twice per week. All orders are shipped via USPS and most should take 2-4 days to arrive at their destination. Please note: if you ordered a pre-order item (for an album release, etc.) it will be shipped out around the time of the release. More information about that shipping should be listed in the product information section.

Where will my order ship from?

Our American fulfillment center is based in Nashville, TN.

I want to return my shirt for a different size/style, what should I do?

If you need to exchange your order for a different size or style, please contact us via the contact form here. You will be responsible for shipping back the item you received. Once we receive your original item, we will pay to ship you your new item.

Something in my order was wrong or something arrived damaged, what should I do?

If a mistake was made on your order, please contact us via the contact form here. Whether you received the incorrect item, or one of your items was damaged or defective, we'll cover the cost of making sure you get what you ordered. We're dedicated to making sure your Avatar shopping experience is a pleasant one.

Will you have the same items if I come out to an Avatar show in my area?

While, naturally, there will be some overlap in selection between the online store and our merchandise on tour, we do our best to have a variety of online- and tour-exclusive merchandise to keep things fresh!

I already own everything you have available in the store, when will there be new items?

We work to keep items revolving in and out of our online store every couple months.

You don't have this item in my size, will it be available again?

Eventually, most shirts will sell out and not be printed again. Shirts listed for sale on the Last Chance page will likely not be reprinted, thus the sizing available is all that is left.

How do I get the Avatar Trading Cards?

When advertised on the front page - For every $25 spent on an order in the Avatar Online Merch Store, you will receive one trading card. These will be given out at random and shipped out with the last portion of your order. So, if you place an order that includes a pre-order item as well as items that ship instantly, you will receive your card(s) with the final shipment. NOTE: Trading cards are limited and when they're out they're out - if they aren't advertised on the front page they're out and will not be shipped with your order.

Can I buy a complete set of the Avatar Trading Cards?

As of right now, the Avatar Trading Cards are not available for sale, individually or as a collection.
