Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped out of Nashville, TN 2-3 times per week using USPS and occasionally UPS/DHL where significantly cheaper/faster for international shipments. This store services North America, if you're looking to ship elsewhere in the world, please visit our Sweden-based store that ships worldwide. https://world.avatarmetal.com/

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, it can get rather costly shipping internationally. First Class International is the cheapest option via USPS for shipping internationally. However, please note, this shipping method does not always have reliable tracking information once it leaves the U.S. It is also not an insured method of shipping. Since the shipments aren't insured, we do not guarantee safe delivery of any items shipped using this method. The option to reship or refund any orders lost or damaged using this shipping method is entirely at our discretion. Any customs duties or fees assessed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Times:

Any shipping times listed during checkout are only estimates based on the typical shipping time from our warehouse to your location. These times may vary greatly depending on issues with USPS, weather, Covid-19 regulations and restrictions, or various other reasons. With this in mind, none of those shipping times are guaranteed, this includes Priority Mail Express. As it mentions above, orders are fulfilled 2-3 times a week depending on order load. Your order will be fulfilled via the shipping method you selected at checkout. We do our best to make sure everything is shipped in a timely manner, but once USPS takes possession of the packages, delivery time is out of our control. Thanks for your patience.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

If your shipment appears to be delayed or you fear it might be lost, your first point of contact should be USPS. Sometimes they are able to find more information about your package than is available via the tracking. It is solely the customer's responsibility to communicate with their local postal service (USPS, Canada Post,
Correos de México, etc.) regarding delivery or locating their shipment.
